You can add new profiles to capture different segments of your audience.
- Go to the Account & Profiles page.
- At the top, click + New Audience Profile.
- Choose one of two options:
- AI-assisted generation: Write a short description, and Postful will pre-populate the fields.
- Manual creation: Fill in each field yourself.
Tip: If you use AI-assisted generation, review and refine the results — especially demographics and networks — to make sure they’re accurate.
