Training & Onboarding Support #

If you need help getting started or have specific questions, our team is happy to assist. There are two ways to get in contact with us.

Office hours #

If you’d like a tailored onboarding session or have questions best suited for a one-on-one conversation, feel free to call our booking system to set up a session.

We currently offer easy to book sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, save holidays, between 10:30am and 2:30pm PST.

If these times or days do not work for you, please leave us a message or email us, and we will work to find another time.

Reporting Bugs & Issues #

We want to know if something isn’t working.

If you encounter a bug or unexpected behavior:

  1. Check the Support Center to see if the issue is already documented.
  2. If not, email us directly: support@postful.ai

To help us resolve your issue faster, include when possible:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • Your browser and device
  • The connected social network (if applicable)

Our team reviews every report and follows up with next steps or a request for more details.


Getting Faster Support #

For the quickest turnaround:

  • Use a clear subject line (e.g., “Scheduling error on LinkedIn post”).
  • Include your Postful account email.
  • Describe the issue in 2–3 sentences.
  • Attach media if helpful.

We aim to respond promptly and keep you unblocked.
