If you need help getting started or have specific questions, our team is happy to assist. There are two ways to get in contact with us.
Office hours #
If you’d like a tailored onboarding session or have questions best suited for a one-on-one conversation, feel free to call our booking system to set up a session.
We currently offer easy to book sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, save holidays, between 10:30am and 2:30pm PST.
If these times or days do not work for you, please leave us a message or email us, and we will work to find another time.

Reporting Bugs & Issues #
We want to know if something isn’t working.
If you encounter a bug or unexpected behavior:
- Check the Support Center to see if the issue is already documented.
- If not, email us directly: support@postful.ai
To help us resolve your issue faster, include when possible:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Your browser and device
- The connected social network (if applicable)
Our team reviews every report and follows up with next steps or a request for more details.
Getting Faster Support #
For the quickest turnaround:
- Use a clear subject line (e.g., “Scheduling error on LinkedIn post”).
- Include your Postful account email.
- Describe the issue in 2–3 sentences.
- Attach media if helpful.
We aim to respond promptly and keep you unblocked.
